FitNess Classes With Shalaine

Join us Aqua classes weekly; please tell a neighbor! 

Let's make some waves! 

This water based group exercise class is for individuals ready to keep moving and like to have fun!

Please bring $5 in cash (optional payment by PayPal/Venmo/Zelle) per class.


  • use sign in sheet each class you attend 
  • bring water and a towel (dark one & spread it out in the sun during winter)
  • a noodle, I (usually) have extras in case. Feel free to bring water weights (buoys) if you have them too.
  • Aqua Challenge & Balance & Stretch classes (Weds), bring the nubby ball, I have a few extra in case you forget.
  • do NOT come to class with any symptoms
  • sign the waiver your first time only

As always all moves are welcome as long as you don’t hurt yourself or your neighbor! Listen to your body and feel free to modify any moves. 

Winter: If the air temp is under 65 (very windy or cold) by the END of class, class will be canceled (e.g. for 9am class, we check for 10am temp). The link I use to check the temp is here.

I will email prior at least 1 hour before class with any cancellations. Please make sure I have your email if you want to be notified.
