Gotta Get Up to Get Down! Basics of mobility-how to do it safely!

We all know how to get up & down from the floor, chairs, and bed, get in & out cars & showers/tubs, pick thing up & put them down. 

How about how to do it safer so we can do it longer?

  • Motions-Hinge, Squat, Push, Pull
  • Joints (the ones holding your body together)
  • All about angles & range of motion (flexibility)
  • Muscle memory & practice
