Free, pre-recorded 30 min classes on Zumba:

For Zumba, I have 3 different playlists (Mon, Weds, & Fri) which can only be posted on the Zumba site because of music licensing. On the Zumba site, I also have the same playlist posted that day modified for Zumba Gold or seated Zumba Gold.

Click on different days to preregister for classes in the future. You will need to register on the Zumba.dance website to use this feature but it is currently free.

If you are Silver Sneakers eligible, please provide me your ID before/after class. You won't be charged on the website.
