Aqua Fitness with Shalaine 

Indigo Residents & their guests only!

Let's make some waves!

This water based group exercise class is for individuals ready for a challenge and who like to have fun! It includes a variety of weight resistance training and cardio with a format that varies week by week, from bootcamp, to Aqua Zumba, to Tabata, to circuit.

We will be working on muscle conditioning, balance, chest & hip opening in the water.

Bring a towel, pool noodle, water to drink and your smile! As always, listen to your body and feel free to modify. Please maintain social distancing. Limited spaces available. First class is free. 

Winter advisory: If the air temp is under 65 (very windy or cold), class will be canceled. I will email prior to 9am Weds. with any cancellations.

Please bring $7 in cash; 5 class card for Aqua/Zumba classes are for sale for $30.

 Silver Sneakers participants are $5/class, check your eligibility.

You may also register online and pay by PayPal/Venmo/Zelle to shalaine@gmail.com (not shalainefit) to save your spot.
