Join us Aqua classes weekly at 10:45am on Wednesdays.

Starting in July, it will be Tuesdays at 10:45am. Please tell a neighbor! 

Let's make some waves! 

This water based group exercise class is for individuals ready for a challenge and who like to have fun! It includes a variety of weight resistance training and cardio with a format that varies week by week, from bootcamp, to Aqua Zumba, to Tabata, to circuit.

First class with me is free. Otherwise, bring $7 in cash; 5 class cards for all classes are on sale for $30.

Please:

  • sign the waiver your first time 
  • use sign in sheet every time you attend 
  • maintain social distancing! 
  • indoor/Zumba classes, wear a mask when not exercising, if not vaccinated, masks are highly encouraged
  • do NOT come to class with any symptoms
  • always bring water and a towel
  • aqua participants, a noodle is recommended, I (usually) have extras in case

As always all moves are welcome as long as you don’t hurt yourself or your neighbor! Listen to your body and feel free to modify any moves.

    We will be working on muscle conditioning, balance, chest & hip opening in the water.

    Bring a towel, pool noodle, water to drink and your smile! As always, listen to your body and feel free to modify. Please maintain social distancing. Limited spaces available. First class is free. 

    Winter advisory: If the air temp is under 65 (very windy or cold) by the END of class (11:30 AM), class will be canceled. I will email prior to 8am with any cancellations if I have your info.

    Please bring $7 in cash; 5 class card for Aqua/Zumba classes are for sale for $30.

     Silver Sneakers participants are $5/class, check your eligibility.
